Jose has more than 25 years of experience in the Pharma sector, especially in Asia. From 1991 to 2002, he was Country Manager of Hong Kong and China of Schering AG and played a key role in divesting their operations in agrochemicals, industrial chemicals and electroplating. From 2002 to 2007, he was President and Representative Director of Nihon Schering K.K., a $570M Japanese manufacturer / distributor of pharmaceuticals and subsidiary of Schering AG. Since 2007, Jose working as consultant to Chinese companies interested in the European market. |

Since 1991, Conny has been an entrepreneur, e.g. as founder and CEO of ACG. He was responsible for the IPO in 1999 (NEMAX50) and its growth strategy. In 2000 he was elected entrepreneur of the year. After ACG he was shareholder and investment manager of a German-Swiss investment group. Conny is considered one of the most acknowledged business angels and fund investors in Europe (nominated “European Business Angel of the Year” in 2009). Since 2005, Conny has focused his activities in Mountain Partners Group. He studied Business Administration at ebs European Business School, in Colorado and Paris. |

Ravi’s entire 16 year professional career has been spent in the investment banking industry, working for prestigious institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns. During this time, he worked on a number of landmark telecom transactions, including the privatizations of Deutsche Telekom, MATAV Hungary and Singapore Telecom and he has become a real expert in M&A transaction. Ravi is also working with Taishan on M&A transaction within the Taishan portfolio and beyond. |

Jovan’s investments include some of the early startups in the areas of DNS, C-C auction, online payment, search engine, digital publishing, and mobile services in China as well as e-commerce in Taiwan, green technology in Vietnam & Romania, and high-technology companies in the US. |

Moreover, Philip is a member of the Advisory Board to the Telecoms Administration of the PRC Ministry of Information Industry and was awarded ‘Asia’s Leading Lawyer’ for PRC IT & Telecoms Law several times. Besides, he is also an active Business Angel and is invested in a couple of early stage companies in China. He earned his LL.B from Peking University Law School. |
